• Organization information: organization/clinic name and user membership/roles.
• QuickBooks Online data (if you connect QBO): accounting/financial data you authorize us to access and sync (e.g., accounts, invoices, bills, payments, items). We use this to power your dashboard, KPIs, alerts, and reports.
• Usage and diagnostic data: logs and basic telemetry necessary to operate and secure the Service (e.g., request metadata, error logs).

How we use information

• Provide and operate the Service (sign-in, onboarding, syncing data, showing dashboards).
• Calculate financial KPIs, create alerts, and generate “Money Moves” and “Scorecard” outputs.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with you about account-related events (verification, password reset, onboarding).

AI/LLM processing

The Service may use AI models to generate summaries and human-readable insights from aggregated financial inputs. We design prompts to be read-only and focused on summarized metrics rather than sensitive personal details.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run the Service, such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Vercel)
• Database/authentication (e.g., Supabase)
• Email delivery (your configured email provider)
• AI model providers (only as needed to generate requested analysis)

We do not sell your personal information. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, security, and operational requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us at the email above.
