This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of CATs and DOGs System™ (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Agreement.

License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Restrictions
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Third-party services (QuickBooks Online)
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize the Service to access and process your QuickBooks data as permitted by you and the Intuit authorization flow. Your use of QuickBooks is also subject to Intuit’s terms.
AI-generated outputs
The Service may generate summaries or insights using AI. Outputs are informational and not professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before acting on them.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, and we may update this Agreement from time to time.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time.
